WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We appreciate that our customers understand that each product is handmade to order, thus completely unique to the customer. We offer returns in the circumstance of a majorly defective product. If you have a query about your order, please get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page.
ARE YOUR SCENTS DESIGNER?
No. My scents are inspired by designer fragrances. While this makes them very similar in smell, they are not identical. We are in no way affiliated with the designer companies.
WHY MUST I TRIM THE WICKS BEFORE EACH USE?
After the first burn, the wicks will char. You must trim the Wicks before you light your candle again. This will prevent a build up of soot inside the jar. Also, this will stop any excess wick from falling into and discolouring the melted wax.
What do I do after I finish my candle?
Using boiling water (please use caution), rinse the jar thoroughly and wipe wax residue from the edges. To remove Wick bottoms, use boiled water to loosen the circular metal plates, and use force to unstick them. The jar can then be repurposed, or a wax refill can be purchased from our store.
What do I do if I want to remove my current wax melt from my burner?
Light the tea light in the burner for 10-20 seconds. This will slightly melt the base of the wax melt. The wax melt should then slide out of the burner dish. Using a cotton pad, or tissue, remove any wax residue from the dish. Now you can add your new melt.
